For orders placed inside Egypt, delivery is carried out within 5-6 working days for orders that take place before 5 PM any weekday except Friday and public holidays. Orders placed after 5 Pm will be processed the next day. The shipment should not be opened while the courier awaits. in case of exchange and/or refund a request should be sent and the courier will pick up the merchandize and the refund amount will be refunded to a bank account.
